Jordan School District schools can process new student enrollments online using the Skyward Family Access system. If you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, please select Temporary Account for New Student Enrollment. If you already have a Skyward Family Access account or have created a temporary account, please select New Student Enrollment.
- Please Note: As part of the online enrollment process, you will need to upload the required forms:
- Child’s original birth certificate
- Proof of residency (Rent/Lease/Mortgage Agreement)
- Immunizations
- After completing the online registration portion, you will be contacted to bring in the legal guardian’s picture identification (such as a drivers license, state agency picture identification, or passport) so we can match it with the birth certificate at the school. You will also fill out a records' request for the previous school attended.
